Introducing Reach out

The Reach out functionality in the development wizard allows team members to get help from their mentor.

Team members can email their direct manager to ask questions regarding their development journey.

How to reach out?

1. Team members can reach out to their manager from the mentor section in the 'Develop' tab
2. Click on the Reach out button to open a direct email with the manager
3. Then, type in your query and hit send!
