How to refresh your account
- Log-out on https://uhubs.co.uk by clicking on your profile in the top-right corner
- Log-out of https://app.uhubs.co.uk (Note - you may already be logged-out, in which case you can skip this step)
- Log-in on https://uhubs.co.uk in the top-right corner

Why you occasionally need to refresh your account
Software - nothing more powerful when it works, nothing more frustrating when it doesn't.
Over the coming months, we are improving the backend of Uhubs to improve performance and enable us to build new features.
On rare occasions, this may mean you need to log-in and log-out again to access the product.
We appreciate this is very frustrating, and are working as quickly as we can to finish this project.
If errors still persist, please email the details to hello@uhubs.co.uk with some screenshots and we'll be happy to help.
We aim to have the product fully migrated to https://app.uhubs.co.uk in the coming months, which will be a far faster, more powerful and more sales-loving platform.
