She loves that Customer Success is finally having the moment it deserves and she is honored to be a part of shaping the future of team/client relationships. She is actively working on understanding the dynamic of the CS/Product relationship. Creating a solid feedback cycle that is mutually beneficial and just one piece of creating a company-wide Success approach.

Currently, Pearl works with SaaS start-ups to develop their client-facing teams. Having found a deep passion within Enablement roles that allow her to create and share knowledge while gaining a deeper understanding of what Customer Success means to more companies.
