Since 2014, Ginny has been coaching individuals on how to tell their story and present themselves with impact. She has worked with some of the largest companies in the world including Microsoft, Google and Salesforce as well as WeWork, IKEA and the NHS.

Having initially trained as an actor at the University of Exeter, Ginny developed a passion to see individuals and organisations develop their communication skills. First working as Lead Coach for the award winning Spear Programme, and then travelling all over the world as Senior Coach with Amplify.

Whether in Silicon Valley, Shanghai, Berlin or London, Ginny delivers bespoke training to enable corporates and startups to communicate with impact. She intuitively knows how people should tell their story and has a unique ability to enhance the verbal and presentational aspects of their pitch or speech.

In the startup scene she has coached on accelerator programs in the U.K, Europe, U.S. and Asia, for companies such as Techstars, Google for Startups, MassChallenge, Dogpatch Labs, Startupbootcamp, Startupwiseguys and the RGA Accelerator.

In the last year Ginny has also worked across a number of corporate innovation programmes with companies including Hannover Re, ESB, Ulster Bank, Ramboll, Dyson and Allen and Overy.

Ginny is a lover of gin and tonic, running in the Surrey Hills and travelling with her husband Jon.
