About this Masterclass

About this Summit

Know how to get the best out of yourself and the people around you.

This session will help you bring out the very best in yourself and the people around you. You’ll understand the root causes of poor motivation and conflict triggers. You'll learn about the big things that go on in our brain when we interact with other people.

More importantly, you'll learn how to leverage this knowledge to improve workplace collaboration and engagement.

You will get to know the all-important SCARF model. The SCARF model is a five-part model (status, certainty, autonomy, relatedness and fairness).

Learn more about the meaning of the organising principle of our brain. We start with thinking about what the brain is designed to do. What its primary job is.

This session will cover:

What we will cover

What’s going on in our heads when we interact with others
Introducing the SCARF model
How to better navigate the social environment of the workplace
